Movement Training for Resilience - Weekly Class
When? Every Tuesday from 13:00 - 14:00 (via Zoom)
Activism is embodied. Sustainable activism requires healthy regulation of energy, stress and emotions and here the body plays a fundamental role. The resilience training is about using movement and physical training to increase your stress-tolerance and well-being. You will be able to give your input towards building a meaningful practice.
Peter is a trained physiotherapist and a professional movement and meditation teacher with a rebel spirit.
The training is for EVERYONE and it’s for free. All you need to bring is your body!
It will be in English, but Danish explanations can be provided whenever needed.
